Our Cold Smoked Back Bacon is cut from the loin of pork in the same place pork chops come from. This bacon is much leaner than many of the other pork bacon cuts we produce. Dependant on the size of pork loin, we slow cure for around 10 days, before washing and drying.
Cooking: Grill or fry in a lightly oiled pan until your chosen crispiness is achieved.
