Based at Hartgrove Farm in Dorset, The Real Cure are pioneers of the British charcuterie movement. Their delicious multi-award-winning charcuterie is made using traditional artisan processes of curing, fermenting, smoking and air drying. James and Lucy ensure everything they use is responsibly sourced, which means wild deer and free range pork as well as locally sourced ingredients and suppliers where possible.

Fennel & White Pepper Salami: Free range British pork (86%), red wine, pork fat, salt, fennel seeds (1%), garlic, white pepper (<1%), dextrose, herbs, spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months (see packet for exact use by date).  Once opened, comsume within 5 days.
