A mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onions and spices. With the added chunks of back fat, this black pudding tends to appeal north of.......well, 53° North! We know of no other nationally available fresh blood black pudding with fat chunks so it's a rare thing. Available in the 1.25kg sticks only.
To cook: Slice and remove outer skin, grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.

There is no wheat, maize, dairy, chilli, nitrate or sulphite in Fruit Pig black pudding.
Ingredient salt contains E535 anti-caking agent.
