Boiled eggs with black pudding soldiers

Ingredients
1-2 eggs per person
2 thick slices of Fruit Pig fresh blood black pudding per person
1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil for frying
Sprinkle of Maldon seasalt for serving
Method
Boil your eggs how you like them - 4 minutes for runny, longer for harder yolks. Whilst the eggs are boiling, crisp up and seal the black pudding soldiers in a frying pan with a touch of hot oil. Don't be rough with them whilst cooking. Turn, so that all 4 sides are done. The soldiers should be ready at about the same time as the boiled eggs.
