We’re very proud of our delicious gluten-free fresh blood black pudding. We think it's the only fresh blood gluten free black pudding available on the web. Made using certified gluten-free oats, it's rich and flavoursome. Slice and fry, mould and stuff, the possibilities are endless. Just look at our recipes for ideas.
To cook: Remove outer skins from slices, quickly grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.
